*8 1. Handwashing sink located in the warewashing area is full of various items, storage equipment, etc.
2. Front counter handwashing sink observed in-use for rinsing utensils/items.
A handwashing facility shall be maintained so that it is accessible at all times for employee use.
A handwashing facility may not be used for purposes other than handwashing.  New Violation. To be Corrected By: 01/10/2023
*11 *Two quart containers of Half & Half found offered for sale beyond 'sell-by' date (01-05-23) listed on the product.
Affected containers were removed from the sales floor during inspection.
 Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
*19 *1. Pizza, recently placed into in the hot-holding case (bottom shelf), was measured at 122°F.
Other products within, on different shelves, were measured in range for hot holding (135°F and above).
Bottom of unit found to not be operating properly.
Pizza was relocated to top rack and was subsequently measured at 135°F.
2. Self-service hot-holding case, containing pre-packaged egg/muffin sandwiches, was measured at 130°F.
Unit was emptied during inspection.
No Time/Temperature Control for Safety (TCS) foods are permitted to be stored in this equipment until unit can maintain proper hot-holding temperature of 135°F and above.
 Corrected On-Site.  New Violation.
*26 *Can of pesticide spray found in warewashing area.
All pesticides must be applied by certified pest control personnel.
